I’m joined by my guest today, Dr. Kirstie Griffiths. Dr. Griffiths is a Canadian chiropractor and yoga teacher. Most recently, she’s launched her book, BACK TO WELLNESS: A Mind-Body Approach to Managing Your Back Pain.
Together, we’re talking all about the nuances of how we manage both acute and chronic pain, the biohacking (and brain-hacking) of how we actually start to get this pain in order, and some of the things that you can start to do today to manage and overcome your pain (that you may have never even heard of!).

Her passion is in helping people overcome back pain using a mind-body approach that integrates chiropractic and yoga. She has a particular interest in assessing and treating chronic pain and understanding the interplay between mental and physical health.
