We’ve got a little bit of ‘body’ and ‘badass’ coming at you this episode with a very dear friend of mine, Jen Oliver. I’ve known Jen for over 25 years and I now have the pleasure of working with her on a nearly daily basis as she is the Director of Coaching under the Entrepology umbrella!
And, in addition to working with us as part of our team, Jen also has her own amazing gig going on! She is the host of the FitMama Podcast as well as the curator and leader of the FitMama movement. And while Jen started her career talking about fitness and core health, she’s now transitioning into some new elements through her work — namely, bringing self-pleasure, self-worth, and embracing the elements of who we are as women into the conversation.
This was such a fun and enlightening conversation! We really dove deep into some incredibly important topics. Jen spoke about the work she is doing with her clients in transforming the core of motherhood, how we can get started on our own journeys of accepting our bodies as they are, how we can become more empowered and confident as women and mothers, how to begin exploring these ideas of sensuality and sexuality, and much, much more.
I’m sure, when you listen to this episode, that you are going to be challenged, uplifted, entertained, deeply curious, and most of all, inspired.

Two years ago, someone asked me what supplements I take to maintain my health, energy, and edge — and they were surprised that I only took four things consistently. For myself and my patients, there are four basics that support — at a foundational level — nearly every system in our bodies. In my quest for the highest quality ingredients and the easiest system for consistently incorporating supplementation to my routine, I formulated and manufactured my own line of foundational supplements. Trusted for myself and my patients, and under the guidance of your own healthcare provider, I’m excited to invite you to check out our foundational product line: Badass Basics.
