It was an absolute pleasure to sit down with my guest today, Amanda Foti! Amanda is a registered dietitian from New York with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. She’s also the Director at Healthie — a comprehensive platform for nutritional and wellness care. But, most excitingly (for me), she’s also an entrepreneur who got the start-up itch.
Today’s conversation is all about how we can eat better as mission-minded entrepreneurs. And it’s a really interesting one too! Amanda uniquely contextualized nutrition and nutritional optimization for the world of entrepreneurs. We also got into the types of foods that she recommends for her clients in terms of maximizing energy and shifting our habits, and, had a really fascinating conversation around the psychology of eating (why is it that we pick the foods that we do? And what are the influences on the types of foods that we naturally select for our bodies?)
As an entrepreneur, it is key to eat healthily and maintain optimal nutrition! You’ll want to tune in for this one.
