Thyroid disease is becoming more and more pervasive in today’s world — one could even say, epidemic. In today’s interview with my good friend, Dr. Christianson, we shed some light on exactly why this is.

 

Dr. Alan Christianson is a licensed Board Certified Naturopathic Endocrinologist who has focused almost his entire career on thyroid care. He is also a New York Times bestselling author whose recent titles include The Thyroid Reset Diet: Reverse Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's Symptoms with a Proven Iodine-Balancing Plan (which just came out in 2021!) and The Metabolism Reset Diet: Repair Your Liver, Stop Storing Fat, and Lose Weight Naturally (2019).
