Did you know that more than 30 million Americans — that’s the entire population of Canada — suffer from fatigue and body-wide chronic pain? In particular, a condition called fibromyalgia is the end stage of leaving your body and your nervous system unrestored. It is often associated with a trauma or severe stress early on, and the constant pressures and go, go, go lifestyle that we subject our bodies to. Today, I had the chance to sit down and talk to David Brady. Dr. Brady is an expert on fibromyalgia and cellular fatigue. We got into the daily habits that you can engage in to maximize your energy, and we also talked about the types of patterns that he sees in his clinical practice that are common to people that are ending up with chronic fatigue or chronic fibromyalgia. This is a fascinating interview if you want to understand how to tap into and access more energy on a daily basis. I bet it’s not the things you are thinking of, and these are often things that you can do easily in your own life.
