My guest today is someone I have known a very long time! Dr. Ameet Aggarwal is a Naturopathic Doctor that I have studied with personally in Toronto, Canada. Since then, he has gone on to do some really incredible things.

Dr. Aggarwal has a practice in Nairobi, Kenya, where he works with people under the discipline of transformational psychology where he strives to help them break free of the limiting beliefs that are holding them back from the work that they can do in this world. In fact, this podcast even turned in a live breakthrough moment for myself — simply by having Ameet asking me just the right question at just the right time!

Today, Dr. Aggarwal and I dive deep into limiting beliefs, legacy beliefs, emotional transformation, emotional detox, and negative self-narratives and how to overcome them. Ameet also speaks about what emotional transformation looks like in his practice, how he helps others work through their limiting beliefs and some of his favorite emotional remedies and healing practices.

Ameet has such an incredible story to share and so much wisdom to drop — you don’t want to miss this one!
