My guest today is Dr. Rishma Walji. Dr. Rishma Walji is a naturopathic doctor that has been studying naturopathic medicine for over 20 years. She also has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Toronto. Dr. Rishma Walji is incredibly talented with a diverse background; she’s an entrepreneur, she’s an adventurer, she’s a mother — and she has so much to share!

 

One of the most interesting parts of this conversation today — and there were a lot of them — was looking at this notion of boundaries and how they impact us as effective practitioners, consumers of healthcare, entrepreneurs, parents, and as fundamental KPIs of our health.

 

This is a super fascinating interview for anyone who has struggled with boundaries. Dr. Rishma Walji is a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist for over 15 years. She has her undergraduate degree from McGill University in physiology and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Toronto. She also completed two postdoctoral fellowships at McMaster University in aging and pediatrics.
